This is the first scenario of fish token. Using 0.01 pish tokens, you can get 1 vote. This is used to increase the voting count. It can be used up to 10 times per post. (first concept)
Content recommendation
On youtube or medium, video views and like counts are used as important indicators to recommend content.
delog.io will recommend content using count as one of the important factors.
