Why not a longer duration of the proposal with 6 months or 1 years basis?

While longer lasting proposals might seem convenient, short ones offer a practical approach, allowing for more frequent evaluations and adjustments.

I'm not the one who usually manage the @hbdstabilizer proposals, although this has been the case in recent months.
