Thanks for the long reply. You know, I've recently gone vegetarian and the biggest thing is the amount of carbs (and less protein) that i am getting. When i was fit, i would eat mainly protein and fat, and have only carbs in the morning. Now they are with almost every meal :( I will try this coffee out and think it will be a good start to the day!

my pleasure :) Yes no diet is easy.. carbs.. fat.. protein.. As long as i get fat and veggies i am happy ;) Healthy fat.. REAL fat tough.. :) Great! :) you will propably be on the top the first times you drink it. ENERGY OVERLOAD ;) :)
