Very interesting post and your cucumber noodles look super delicious! I am also eating fewer meals a day than I did some time back, you feel much lighter and filled with more energy throughout the day!

I turned to raw veganism almost a year ago and started traveling a few days ago. Since you stated that you‘ve tried every food on earth - do you have a recommendation on eating uncooked and unpealed fruits and veggies in regions like Asia? It is often said that you should stay away from them for the health of your stomach. Seems like I am missing out by not eating any of these ;-)

Sure, I do have some recommendations: only listen to your heart with fruit. Always be welcoming to fruit ... and always accept the idea to eat juicy fruit :) I don't care what people say about Asian fruits! People who say "stay away from this for the health of your stomach" or "this is a cold food...stay away from it in the winter!" are people who also recommend eating cooked food ;) ...in my experience. Thanks for coming by and commenting!

Thank you for your honest response! Till now I haven't had any problems and feel very comfortable with eating any fruits and veggies on offer here in Thailand. So as mostly the case - our gut feeling gives the best advice on earth ;)
