I want to expose to you a few myths that the food and supplement industry keep brainwashing people with...and shoveling down our throats! :)
- The protein myth: our protein needs are 90% lower than what is marketed and sold to us.
- The calorie myth: calories have absolutely nothing to do with measuring the amount of “energy” we get from substances. To calculate this, we may need to look into a new measurement for quantum (light) “influence”.
- Most of what society “eats” is not human food, and we’re barely getting anything from those “foods” anyways.
List of items often mistaken as “food” or “drink”
Rather, these “staples” are drugs:
- Cooked dairy
- Animal flesh
- Eggs
- Cereals
- Fermented products
- Vinegar
- ...cheese!
One way you can be absolutely certain that an item is a drug is by answering this question:
Does it have a barcode?
Yes? Then it’s a packaged drug. Not a food or drink.
What about bottled water?
In most cases, a bottled water is a useless water that you will not even assimilate. It will not even hydrate you. These companies will try to trick and scam you to buy their “hydrating” water with terms like, “intercellular hydration”. Even the waters that are bottled from rain and engineered specifically for hydration are shaken by over 1 million rotations due to the transportation to deliver the bottled water. This “un”-structures the water, and the only way you can improve the water is when you understand the power of your mind to have influence over the structure of this water—structure for hydration!
Hydration only means to supply with Hydrogen
Remember that :)

Some info about me: I've been involved with Bitcoin since 2010. By trade I am an expert on blockchain technology. I am the Project Director for Wall of Coins, and CEO for Genitrust, Inc. I eat primarily fruits and leafy greens ("fruitarian"). This is known as a frugivorous diet, which is the diet by design of the human species and most primates. I don't cook my fruits, so you may also call this "raw vegan". I have eaten virtually every food item and major cultural style on this planet. I have experienced long periods of many different diet regimens: acid/alkaline, ketogenic, vegan, etc. In my spare time as a child, and an adult, I truly relished reading articles, books, and research papers on nutritional observation. I also enjoy and frequently practice long periods of juice fasting, water fasting, and dry fasting.
Thank you for reading, upvoting, tipping, and re-steeming!

This was very interesting to read. I watched a documentary ones where a guy was fasting and they took a lot of test on his blood, cells and so on.
I can't remember the name of it but the conclusion of the documentary was that while fasting the body starts to heal excisting cells and not produce new cells.
Fasting is a natural part of how our life was not that long ago. Due to lack of food so our bodies have adapted after that.
It's only a millisecond in the human development that we have had access to an unlimited supply of food. Or at least us fortune enough to live in the countries that do.
I found an article about structured water on https://www.structuredwaterunit.com/articles/structuredwater/what-is-structured-water and I found it quite interesting.
Since everything is made up by atoms and atoms vibrate on a certain frequency it makes sence that it's better to drink water that vibrates on the same level as the body does.
I need to read more about this to fully understand it but it was an interesting topic to read about :)
Oh man...I want to read this article linked by you so bad! :D I am unable to reach the link now, and even Google's cache is being slow: https://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:4UHy3-Wb6FgJ:https://www.structuredwaterunit.com/articles/structuredwater/what-is-structured-water+&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us
Anyways, when the link is back up...I know others will find it very useful :) Thank you for commenting, and I gave you a good vote up for this! Your comment definitely needs more attention on this matter.
Aww That's too bad. I hope it works soon.
I always enjoy to read about food and water, and how it affects our bodies.
Thank you so much :D That makes me so happy, thank you for writing such an interesting post and open my eyes to structured water :)
A timely article, I decided to go raw at the start of the week, and Im also intermittent fasting, just a couple of meals a day, fruit and salad. Im also working out, I have noticed no lack of energy, if anything I have more. You're absolutely right, stuffing ourselves with 3 meals a day gives the body no chance to recover or heal as its always digesting fake frankenstein foods!
Your noodles look amazing, I hope you didn't use that durian for the sauce though. Nice to have found a fellow fruitarian on steemit, will definitely follow for more inspirational content!
Heya thanks for checking out my posts. I hope you get a lot from them :) I’m looking forward to seeing more posts from ya!
I'm unclear on what you're trying to say in a few cases. I wasn't quite sure on these points:
There's also a couple of things that you said that appeared to contradict the "drug" advice that you gave previously:
I'm an omnivore. I enjoy meat, cheese, fruit and lots of vegetables, but I am looking to reduce my intake of fats and have been considering trying out a few vegan meals a week.
While I don't think I necessarily agree with all of your claims, I like the overall idea of eating more fresh produce and shying away from processed junk. Your food looks tasty!
Disclaimer: I do not make claims--Instead, I share experience! :D Also, allow me to clear up that there are no contradictions here, my friend. I will flat out admit that I am an addict to these drug foods...aren't--or weren't--we all? :)
So based on this...
Want to experience how "habit forming" these drug foods are? Completely remove all cooked foods from your diet, and you'll quickly find out how addicted you are to heterocyclic amines (HCAs) and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). Many people have realized this, and boy--were they in for a serious wake-up call!
That's good that you're considering trying out a few vegan meals a week. You'll at least learn from it, and I'm sure you'll get some enjoyment out of it. Thank you for coming around here, commenting, and inspiring me to share more information on this subject :)
Great answer! I agree entirely. We tend to crave sweet/carb-y/salty/fatty foods. I rarely crave something like brussels sprouts or asparagus despite the fact that I like them both immensely.
There's actually a heck of a lot of known carcinogens that we consume fairly often. Drinking hot liquids, cooking meat at high temperatures, eating processed meats, red meat, eating most cooked carbs, drinking alcohol, re-heating cooked vegetables, etc.
This makes a pretty convincing argument for uncooked vegan foods, as most carcinogens get eliminated from that list.
I'm having a hard time on this one. It reminds me a lot of Pi Water which was popular in the 90's and got debunked.
Most of the articles I can find about structured water seem to be trying to sell me something. Of those that aren't trying to make a profit, I still had a hard time coming up with any scientific evidence to support the claims. The sites make a wide variety of claims that are inconsistent from one site to the next, with some appealing to spirituality/mysticism while others use scientific terms but fail to provide any detailed explanation or any sort of credible studies to support the claims.
Based on what I've read so far, I suspect that placebo effect is the cause of any perceived health improvements caused by drinking structured water. The placebo effect is of course a very real thing, and can lead to positive health improvements. That said, if you're aware of any peer-reviewed papers on structured water I'd be curious to read more.
Thanks for your response!
You are very welcome! :) and thank you for coming by. You will find the answers you are seeking about water. And you’re right... too many search results are just to capture our attention and sell us a product. This distorts the truth.
As for “structured” water, here is one way you can determine if a body of water is better “structured” for hydration or not: put a drop of the water onto your skin. How quickly does it absorb into your skin? Does it even absorb into your skin at all? Does the drop travel across your skin and fall off onto the ground? Does it travel an inch or so and then stop because it has absorbed into your skin?
No peer-review necessary. I have found in most cases of information where I have dug deep until I couldn’t dig any more (which has only been like half a dozen subjects) I ultimately found that the ideas and scholars who demanded (or supplied) “peer-review” papers were also people who barely understood (or even identified!) the fundamentals of the subject they were studying.
Back to structured water.
Let’s say you have 2 different sources of water bottled in separate glass containers, and you have a type of soil that you want to “hydrate”. The bottled water that is structured most in harmony with the soil structure is the water that will soak into the soil quickest. In some cases, they water will not even soak in... it will run-off the surface instead.
I hope this helps you understand the idea behind “structured” water better. Thanks again for the comment and asking a question that many other people are thinking without asking! :)
I'm a little confused and curious about the water part. What exactly do you mean when you say "This“un”-structures the water". Would you be able to elaborate on this?
Hi @terril ! Check out @rawadventuress comment on this thread. I believe that will help :) And thank you for the attention on this article! :)
Very interesting post and your cucumber noodles look super delicious! I am also eating fewer meals a day than I did some time back, you feel much lighter and filled with more energy throughout the day!
I turned to raw veganism almost a year ago and started traveling a few days ago. Since you stated that you‘ve tried every food on earth - do you have a recommendation on eating uncooked and unpealed fruits and veggies in regions like Asia? It is often said that you should stay away from them for the health of your stomach. Seems like I am missing out by not eating any of these ;-)
Sure, I do have some recommendations: only listen to your heart with fruit. Always be welcoming to fruit ... and always accept the idea to eat juicy fruit :) I don't care what people say about Asian fruits! People who say "stay away from this for the health of your stomach" or "this is a cold food...stay away from it in the winter!" are people who also recommend eating cooked food ;) ...in my experience. Thanks for coming by and commenting!
Thank you for your honest response! Till now I haven't had any problems and feel very comfortable with eating any fruits and veggies on offer here in Thailand. So as mostly the case - our gut feeling gives the best advice on earth ;)
Yay I’m glad you appreciated it! :) take care and I’m so happy to be connected with you on here!! <3
