Intermittent Fasting with proper diet and workout

in #dietitian8 years ago

Hello everyone ,
Its my second post Many people asked me about the intermittent fasting , images.jpg
Intermittent fasting is basically the effective way of loosing weight , It is not a diet but a diet pattern, In simpler terms it is a conscious decision to skip meals on purpose .
There are many ways to do intermittent fasting,

(A) Regular eat during specific period of time:-

In this process we generally skip the one meal that is breakfast or dinner and eat other two meals.

This is also a method of fasting chose any day of fruit diet and continue meal for 7 days you should prefer to eat citrus fruits more .

Here question arises how does it work?
Answer for this question is that during the fasted state our body doesn’t have a recently consumed meal to use as energy, so it is more likely to pull from the fat stored in your body as its the only energy source readily available due to which fat is burned.

For many different physiological reasons, fasting can help promote weight loss and muscle building when done properly.

Kind of funny how people will tell you that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, that fasting will hurt you and all this kind of thing. All those beliefs probably come from media, to keep people obeying and consuming.

hahaha thats true

Nice info!

I'm intermittent fasting right now because there is no food in the fridge and Steemit is more important!

hahaha its a great way then use steemit

I practice intermittent fasting, and find it really awesome. Easily get rid of fat and retain muscle. It even detoxicates you! I love intermittent fasting!

I agree. Fasting is a necessary evil, to root out the toxins in the body so the new nutrients can be absorbed. Thanks for sharing

Well, being a Muslim I affirm it. We fast 30 (or 29 days depends on the moon movement) days in the month of ramadan. All we do is to get up in the morning like 3A.M (depends on what time the Fajar prayer is) and eat food what we usually eat in the breakfast. Then the fast goes till the Magrib prayer (usually at 7.30 now a days in pakistan). This is really a good thing both physically and spiritually :)

When I was in my early 20's I used to fast about once a week, although I probably did it incorrectly. I have to admit, though, it made a noticeable difference in energy levels the rest of the week. Nice post!
