Tough times recently given the fall in price but if the community can persist and survive this it will come out stronger!

Thank you, Brandon. For sure, you give me too much credit. I wish more witnesses were more like you. You are such a hard worker and accessible to the other steemians. You do a great job and I agree more hardforks would probably be a good job:)

I try my best to be nearby at all times. 😀

Great summary! I totally agree with you that these hardforks and updates need to be more often and incorporate changes in pieces as these large one can risk not having consensus among witnesses voting and the community that support them. A great example of this is the debate coming up regarding changing the SBD payouts give the debt ratio currently in the system. Both arguments out there are very interesting but I think few really know the impact of the proposed change. I think the coming weeks will be interesting as some in the community will be interested to see what the witnesses think and how they have been informed.

Yeah, there's a LOT of discussion about the debt ratio going on and how to proceed with it. In the witness channels there are people even asking to do away with SBD if it's not going to be pegged. I think it plays an important role in the mechanics of this platform, at least for now. The BIG benefit I could see with getting rid of it is the easing the onboarding process of new members. One currency is a lot easier to understand than two. But then again, SBD is there for a reason. We'll have to see how this all plays out.

Thank you Brandon! You are one of the first people that I started following haha. And I remember I think it was like my first comment or something like that I made on one of your posts I wound up winning the comment of the day or week or whatever it was, I can't remember. lol Keep up the great work man! I wish I would have been active on Steemit right when I joined. haha

That's awesome, lol. I'm glad you decided to follow me and stick around for the ride! :)

Yeah man for sure! :) I don't need to travel now, I lived vicariously through your epic adventure...haha kidding, one of these days I will go on an epic adventure myself. haha

@brandonfrye would really love to watch this video but it seems I have a hard time playing it. For the DTube video won't load up. Tried to see if you have this uploaded on your YouTube channel but it's not.

Hey @erwinboyones, what browser are you using? I just checked and it's working in Safari but doesn't appear to be working in Firefox or Chrome. I'll see if I can't figure it out.

UPDATE: I don't know how, but I think I fixed it. Let me know! :)

Wow!
Working well now.
Thanks for that prompt reply @brandonfrye as well as that quick fix.
Time to learn something out of this.
I`m using chrome by the way

I'm not 100% sure, but I think I had unsupported tags in my description:

That created a heading text on Steemit but serves no purpose on @dlive...

Anyways, I removed those and it seems to be working now. That's really all I did so might be something to keep an eye on in case I do it again lol.

I love your videos Brandon! Always so much to glean! Thanks for the mentions...in the video. ;) Your video updates...and @exyle 's video updates....are by far....my favorite ways to check out what's going on with the blockchain. Thanks for all you share!!!!!!!
