I haven´t hear a fire alarm for about 3 years, but for 9 years I used to hear it once a year on a simulacrum of our school. I guess that reflects the safety of my country compared with the US and European countries affected by terrorist attacks.
I´m lucky enough to still have that "peace" when I hear something bad...
