Hi @jerrybanfield ! I found Steem because I follow Dollar Vigilante on YouTube. I've been watching his videos for about two years. He talked about how great it was, and I was naturally skeptical at first. He posted about how much money he made, and I thought it was a Ponzi scheme at first. It wasn't until I actually created an account that I realized how real it is. I've spread this through word of mouth to two real life friends and they have successfully made accounts and started posting! I'm curious as to why others found Steemit as well.
