If I'm starting, what exercises do you recommend to gain strength?

I definitely suggest starting with compound movements:

  • DEADLIFT for BACK
  • SQUAT for LEGS
  • INCLINE BENCH for CHEST
  • MILITARY PRESS for SHOULDERS

A great routine, although I do not think I can handle all that weight, it's impressive, I'm sure you've spent a lot of time training to achieve this
