I'm generally for it on public sidewalks and spaces where it does little or no harm. Private property owners hsould have the right to exclude street art, though. And there are times it can be seriously dispruptive.
There some places near be that ar, by the owner or by public tradition, set aside for street art.
So, the status quo is fine by me in the community where I encounter it at least.
