Street art or graffiti is a form of self-expression and can be seen all around the world in public places. Many of the artists who create this type of artwork also include different embedded messages. Are you for or against Street art?

Tough call, because if it damages someone's personal property and that person doesn't like it, then I'd side with the property owner over the artist.

I love street art. Sure, some of it can be dull, annoying, and even threatening, but when I'm walking downtown and find a large mural in the archway of a loading dock by surprise, I'm always happy.

I'm generally for it on public sidewalks and spaces where it does little or no harm. Private property owners hsould have the right to exclude street art, though. And there are times it can be seriously dispruptive.
There some places near be that ar, by the owner or by public tradition, set aside for street art.
So, the status quo is fine by me in the community where I encounter it at least.

I guess I consider street art and graffiti two different things. Maybe I should distinguish it even more and say i don't like tagging, where someone just sprays their name or their gang affiliation on whatever they can find just to mark their territory or for the thrill of getting away with it.
However, there's a lot of street art that I've seen, commissioned and sanctioned, that is quite beautiful. The artist gets recognized for their efforts and often gets paid. I think that's very different than lurking around at night spraying whatever railroad car or dilapidated building one can find.
