The sooner you get the votes the less curation (within the first 20 min, this is why bid bots make you wait 20min) .Smartmarket generally won't fill the entire amount you send but it will send you multiple votes and refund the rest immediately. with audrey and bumper the bids generally come within 48 hours or so. The latest I've seen was about 72 hours .
