Concrete is the third part of my trilogy remixing the work of innovative electronic music pioneers. This time it's the turn of Edgard Varèse, and his classic work Poème électronique. This was created in 1958 and featured a surround sound installation featuring hundreds of speakers in a pavilion designed by Corbusier for the 1958 Brussels World Fair. I would love to be able to go back in time and experience this in its original form...

Again great job grizzle. Just listened the original track, you really brought past to present. It is really futuristic if you think about 1958. It must be the first time people heard this kind of sound. I wonder how Edgard Varése did it and the look of people face when they heard it.
Just searched it a bit and it writes ''It was laboriously created by manipulating magnetic tapes'', genious.
