BUCKHWEAT DIET - DAY 2 - VIDEO BLOG

Ok so day 2 was just as hard as day 1. Buckwheat diet is much harder than I have anticipated. I have lost 1 kg since yesterday, we shall see my results tomorrow. But I didnt do any exercise today, so might not get the same results! i want to get to 69 kg with this diet, so that means another 3-4 days if i keep losing 1 kg a day! fingers crossed! But to be hones im not hungry.... just food is bland and there is no satisfaction!

i think its healthy yes, as long as you dont do it for more than 14 days!

No, I don't think that is healthy. In two weeks I doupt nothing catastrophic actually happens but I won't recommend this. Also you should be aware that sometimes on a diets like this you may just loose water weight rather than actual fat and I'm currently reading Scott Abels book ''Understanding Metabolism'' were he points out studies that have shown that rapid weight loss slows down your metabolism and trough that makes your body spend less calories and makes you feel much hungrier wich causes you to gain your weight back and even more after dieting.

yeah thats true with most diets, but i think this one is slightly different im eating enough calories, so all im doing just calorie deficit!

yessss i told you this diet is extreme :D lol the weighloss would be around 7-14 kg in two weeks!

yes of course, i lose water and salt! but its good detox :)

How to maoe dtube account

You could try eating buckwheat with salad to make it taste a bit more interesting. My partner and I often used to eat a huge wedge of buckwheat groats with a fresh zesty salad. It's actually quite addictive and you can eat it forever, so healthy!!

Any diet is always hard on the first days until the body adapts.The reason why you are not feeling hungry is due to it's high fibre content which makes you feel full most of the time.It's also rich in protein and does not contain gluten,it improves heart health by lowering your cholesterol and blood pressure levels. I also did a no wheat diet, I tell you all your cravings disappear and you eat less. But you should be carefu
l when you go back to your normal eating habits.

yes very well said its soo true!!! hence i decided to get onto this diet :)) i will also do it slowly, really its more like regulating the calories you consume, without being hungry!! i will get into it really slowly! i guess its my 3rd day today so it will be ok! :)

Looks like you are having an awesome time on your diet. You should throw in some apple cider vinegar, that will add some extra kick to it.
