Any diet is always hard on the first days until the body adapts.The reason why you are not feeling hungry is due to it's high fibre content which makes you feel full most of the time.It's also rich in protein and does not contain gluten,it improves heart health by lowering your cholesterol and blood pressure levels. I also did a no wheat diet, I tell you all your cravings disappear and you eat less. But you should be carefu
l when you go back to your normal eating habits.

yes very well said its soo true!!! hence i decided to get onto this diet :)) i will also do it slowly, really its more like regulating the calories you consume, without being hungry!! i will get into it really slowly! i guess its my 3rd day today so it will be ok! :)
