RE: Losing 70 Pounds and Becoming Vegan #1

in #dtube7 years ago

oh thats not really true at Allll.. but u do need to eat right..
there are a small % of people who DO need to eat meat.. but that is not so common.. most people can eat vegan and be super healthy IF they eat the right foods

Sort:

1st of all, they MUST take supplements of vit.D . Not a good point for a start by the vegan diet eheh

uhhh... you did know that Sunlight is the best source Vitamin D?

yes, and it is not enough ;)
Try to do some research and you will discover it :)

then u can eat mushrooms or many other things.. i dont believe in pills.. i really believe in a good balanced diet

do some research please, you can't do vegan diet without D-supplements. that's what i'm saying. Do some research for your health.

well i love all of the following: and they all are very good for vitamin D..

Mushrooms. ...
Fortified Soy Milk and Almond Milk. ...
Sunlight. ...
Tofu.

i think you are right for many people.. what im saying is that MANY people are fine without supplements.. also D is one of those ones that even none vegans struggle with as its not present in many foods.. but it Is present in quite a few vegan foods.. SO.. i think its not fair to say that if you are vegan you have to be on supplements... we are all different!
