Have you ever heard of something called stress management, or anger management?!
Have you ever thought about why we spend time managing the not so good parts of our personality. I believe that our choices form our personality. If our choices cause us to be stressed, then stress will be "normal" in our lives. I believe the same goes for things like anger as well.
Is it possible that we never try to change the reasons why we stress or get angry, but we spend time managing them?
Do we live life trying to balance the things we feel are out of our control. Should we focus on doing whatever it takes to change the situation and remove the stress and anger? That's what I would do!

I wonder if people focus on managing problems rather than getting rid of them because, if the problem has been there all your life, living without it is scary. I know that sounds strange, but if all you've known is being angry, it's hard to even imagine living without that. Better the devil you know and all that.

stress and anger is short natural part of human life. actually when somebody face this situations, i just said, thinking in your mind, then hope you got a way.
