Great video and editing @highimpactflix. While I don't agree with the Police's abuse of power, which they do often, the lady cop Sgt. Lenzen seemed so smug in her position and knowing the law, it was almost comical listening to her. Hope she gets whats coming to her and the pastor actually follows thru with charging her or at least filing a complaint... now that would be justice to see her reprimanded for smugness. I totally agree that society needs to show these cops that many of the laws they uphold are immoral on a human level and they really should start looking within themselves for a moral compass and not blindly enforce the laws which are unjust. Keep up the great work.

It's sickening, how often we witness immoral behaviors carried out by our "leaders".... All the recent pedogate busts.. Hell, what ever happened to figuring out what happened in Vegas, the police there are obviously compromised. Chief Lombardo or whatever his name is, you can clearly tell he is hiding something, and the way the guy behind him just stares and glares... I am sick of the evil everywhere.

I still say that we need a TOUGH LAW for THEM ❗️I say that all , this means politicians, law enforcement , and any members of our REPUBLIC must serve a minimum of 20 years in a federal prison with NO posiblility of parole for any unconstitutional behavior especially when it involves the death of a citizen and the death penalty if they are found guilty of both gross negligence and unnecessarily threatening or killing of a citizen . It is time that the police are being held to a higher standard! And for those trolls out there my dad was a state trooper , and I have other family and friends that are police officers in major cities in our REPUBLIC and they were DISGUSTED with the total LACK of professionalism in this situation . With six other police officers standing around , then WHY didn’t one of them simply start cuffing this young man to conduct a serious investigation ⁉️ This kind of act is what putts real good cops lives in danger , because when the public looses confidence then social break down of our laws can begin , and chaos soon fallows . Thank you for another great video . READ THE CONSTITUTION COPS , your not above the LAW ❗️

These are astounding videos! Must see and comprehend for any and all future law enforcement confrontations.

I've seen this video before...but where's the proof?

My office is in Tempe :)

That would be great to visit their office in person and record the encounter

I believe the problem starts with the entrance exam into the police force.
It appears to be obvious that only people with certain personality traits are being accepted in the first place.
Or in other words - low IQ individuals with sociopathic tendencies.
Combined with "training", peer pressure and the fact that they will most likely get away with anything (even with murder because they "felt threatened") and increasing draconian policies we are faced with a truly disgusting and frightening reality.
Thanks for your videos, you are great!

This is why these paid thugs arent respected anymore

Only watched 1st vid. Think cops did fine! I'll be the Loner Dissenter. Nice to see noise laws enforced. Here's the laws, cops may have been correct:
https://library.municode.com/az/tempe/codes/city_code?nodeId=CH20NO

"For the purpose of enforcement of the provisions of this chapter, noise level shall be measured on the A-weighted scale with a sound level meter satisfying at least the applicable requirement for Type 1 sound-level meters as defined in American National Standard S 1.4-1971 or the most recent revisions thereof. The meter shall be set for slow response speed, except that for impulse noises or rapidly varying sound levels, fast response speed may be used. Prior to measurement, the meter shall be verified, and adjusted to ±0.3 decibel by means of an acoustical calibrator. "

Cops forgot their meter. Besides, this is yet another bogus "law" designed to extract more revenue from the people and to the state.

Thanks for the video, issue and reply. Appreciate your opinion. I'm uncertain what type of zone this incident occurred.
Sec. 20-7. - Special noise sources.
(a) Residential zones. (1) It shall be unlawful for any person, other than law enforcement personnel or government agencies acting within the scope of their employment, to install, use or operate within any residential zone of the City, a loudspeaker or sound-amplifying device or equipment in a fixed or movable position, on public property including any public right-of-way, without first obtaining a temporary permit from the special events task force.

It appears a decibel meter is not needed in every case.

There's also this section of the noise code:

Sec. 20-11. - Unnecessary noise.
(a) Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, and in addition thereto, it shall be unlawful for any person without justification to make or continue, or cause or permit to be made or continued, any unnecessary, excessive or offensive noise which disturbs the peace or quiet of any neighborhood or which causes discomfort or annoyance to any reasonable person of normal sensitiveness residing in the area.

I think the cops did great. I don't agree with the Pastor that there's some conspiracy of Tempe, AZ, cops and Planned Parenthood against him or his church. I doubt the cops cared if he was for or against abortion. They simply investigated a complaint.

Again, noise can be harmful, disruptive, intrusive. According to a recent U.S. Census, it's the #1 complaint people make about their neighborhoods and the #1 reason people want to move, in major urban areas. It appears Tempe, AZ, has great laws and law enforcers who fairly and appropriately enforced these laws.

It's great that the Pastor's raising awareness to an important issue, but disappointing and kind of shocking that he was inconsiderate of the impact his amplified noise was having on others and that he may have been ignorant of the laws.

I apologize for not responding sooner, I don't get too many replies.

sickning

Not sure what the suing involves. Here in MA you can take out an application for a criminal complaint and have a hearing. If everyone who has been abused by police did this there would be no time on the court schedule for conviction of many, many non-violent passive "crimes" that now backlog the court system. Also giving up rights by plea bargaining is rampant. Everyone should go with a trial by jury. It will soon become clear that the system needs to change when cops are in the docket more often then an alleged criminal. Accepting a lesser charge and opting out of the trial by jury is how the process is sidestepped.
