Hi Brian! Thanks for the great video! In my fitness journey, my workout plan will change in every 3 months. So I tried before "LoHi" and "HiLo". But I always thought that these 2 will not be combine together as one workout routine. Well, now I know what routine I can try out for my next training program. XD
