Going Through "Loss"; The Effect Of The Aftermath

in #dtube6 years ago

Hello there, today I'm speaking categorically on loss. You see loss changes the whole narrative and the plot of life in the sense that when it happens to people, they never get to cope with it, deal with it or overcome it, in most cases they only go through it but never overcomes it. The truth is that people always goes through psychological pain mostly because they hardly prepare for loss, they hardly prepare for a situation where they may be likely to fail how they'll react when they lose and the reason is because people are build to be optimistic and preparing for a life when someone may lose their spouse, their jobs or their investments seems pessimistic and due to lack of this preparations people are hit unawares in places they may never recover because they never got to prepare for the uncertainties that comes with loss.

I just recently felt the sense of loss when our dog left us. It's really a saddening feeling and unbearable as well. But now he's already back I felt so much joy and contentment. I suffered this kind of loss for three weeks. I felt ok now since he's already here to make my day happy everyday.

Well the feeling of loss sucks, I'm glad you have your dog back again really.

thank you ^^,

Always a deep dive! Indeed bro expect the best and prepare for the worst. Physically and mentally ! Hustle mentality

Definitely, as much as we remain positive we must know that life is filled of positive and negative.

I hate losing in games, sports and almost any competition. I like striving to be the best, but losing always comes with trying because no one wins every single time let alone at everything.
Now physical loss, yeah I suck at that. I’ve lost several relatives tragically, and all young except for one, an uncle. I did not deal with any of those well and am probably still in some denial, no, I still am.😞

Yeah that's basically it, sometimes we don't really go past loss the way it's always conveyed really and the truth is we never prepare for loss either and sometimes some losses takes us more than others really and in your case I see death as a kind of loss that will never really go away, Coping with it sometimes hardly works
