The Art of Reciprocity..I liked this concept of sharing and I thank you for this great philosophy of life .. It sure does! Behavioral economists really endorse this view and say it’s much more prevalent than traditional economic theory predicts. Simply put: if you say or do something nice for someone, they often feel compelled to return the favor. It works in business too. (Full disclosure- I work for this company..):
An insurance company called Lemonade has a business model that incorporates giving back to charities. The company has seen rare behavior within its customer base: people had their claims paid, and when their stolen item show up, these people ask to return the payment back to the insurance company. That’s almost unheard of in the insurance industry. That's a cool story. I've never heard of a situation like that. Hopefully this becomes the norm in many societies.
