Hey there Tom. Great to hear about your success with the ketogenic diet. I've lost about 50 lbs since around April, but I consider the weight loss a side effect. I do keto to control my diabetes. I just started here on Steemit and I'm going to be posting keto stuff, mostly recipes. I just posted a recipe for chocolate chip cookies that have 1.3 net carbs each.
Do you have a favourite keto food?
I've often wondered if I am diabetic due to me getting super tired every time I eat anything sugary. That being said, I feel great on keto so I haven't bothered getting it checked.
I'm a big fan of keeping keto simple. A nice meat and some dark greens is always my favorite. I do sometimes try to find keto substitutes for non-keto things, but I often find that it makes sticking to keto harder. I'd rather just give them up all together most of the time.
