Q4: Do you have thoughts to share on the role of SMT Oracles within Appics? I wasn't clear on that within the white paper as the technical details see to, at this point, point mainly to the STEEM and SMT white papers. As a tech-guy, the technology of a token is what I focus on first. :)
Q5: Do you have legal counsel involved with the ICO plans and will U.S. citizens be able to participate?

Since we're a SMT we want the steemit community to participate effortlessly, which is why we will accept Steem in addition to the regular btc and eth. We will also accept other altcoins like LTC, bitcoin cash and more.
There will be 240million XAP tokens.
APPICS has additional streams of income.. Steemit relies on investors and the inflation while appics has an intregrated shop system with an influencer based marketing system.
That way the inflation will be kept low.
I don't think it's an untested environment. Since Steemit already has a known and proven concept, the steemit users are already familiar with it and new users will adapt.
We work closely with Steemit Inc and have marketing experience, we are in contact with the influencers, have a lot of experience in the IT sector, and our team is growing and improving constantly.
We don't have anything to do with SMT Oracles until now. As the technology develops, we might integrate it with APPICS in the future.
Yes, our legal consultant is working on a solution to accept US citizen, by confirming that we're not a security.
