Nice work, looks like you're getting the hang of it! Did you get catapulted with the harness at any point? That's always my problem :P

What is the problem with a catapult it’s fun?😈 but serious a catapult you can take care of it before it happens. Some small tips; material wise make sure your harness lines are not too short, you rigged a sail that is a bit large for the conditions, take a smaller fin (but this can give you spinouts). Just put some more pressure on your backfoot (and make sure it’s in the strap) or pull in your mast hand
Or start learning a frontloop😉 (can’t do it myself🤣)
