DTube has quite a few flaws right now, that I imagine can be fixed. Shitty search functionality, some videos straight up don't work, ...
It makes sense that these issues occur since it is a new platform replicating something that's been improved by one of the largest companies in the world for nearly 10 years.
However, the underlying tech gives DTube a head-start over other video sharing websites in many interesting ways.
That's why I'm quite certain that if there can be a "youtube killer" in the next 10 years, it'll be DTube.
