Looks like your off to a good start, to maximize your results you will want to slow down the eccentric (negative) portion of your reps and focus more in on your rep execution, and tempo. Nothing wrong with your exercise selections and rep ranges, as at the end of the day it doesn't matter what you do in the gym if your not getting the most out of it that you could be.
