Hey man thanks for sharing your knowledge and for giving us a little tutorial on how to train as beginners. I recently started a 7 push-up a day challenge by @freecrypto on twitter and yeah ... there are muscles growing already lol

I am think about doing more sports because these quick results are motivationg a lot. As well as your crazy trained body brother. You look amazing!
