First, congrats on the weight loss. You comment on someone else's video that I responded to makes more sense now - about the 80% diet and 20 exercise.
My weakness is bread. I love bread. Especially toasted, with salted butter. Man.
The only pizza base alternative I was aware of is using cauliflower. I going to have to try this one.

I completely understand on the bread. Don't get me wrong, I love the carbs. I love sugar. They taste great and are almost intoxicating to me. The problem for me was the way they made me feel and the way I respond to them. I still them occasionally, I just make it a special occasion as opposed to my regular diet.
