Haha, I actually thought to myself that you'll probably be among the ones genuinely interested in the linguistic part. Latvian has complex grammar, but it all makes sense, because we use inflections and affixation to express different cases, determiners and other relations between concepts. We can signify an intricate process denoted by a verb by simply adding one of the many prefixes.
Sounds fascinating. Any chance of an example? Is it anything like Russian?
I know about imperfective and perfective verbs from Russian and all the declensions and reflexives. Verbs of motion in Russian are the worst! Sounds like Latvian may be a little more complicated? Do a video - how about that? :)
