  1. Workout early in the mornings.
  2. Do activities that will get you pumped or motivated to go to the gym.
  • Cold showers, sauna, meditation, stretching, dencing.
  1. Become accountable to someone else.
  • Whether its friends family or preferably the DTube Fitness Community!
