haha @gillianpearce, at least you're going to come back to study it. My eyes glazed over by "the rate is breakeven" @davemccoy lol I trust you buddy ;)
My eyes had glazed over too by that point and my brain just shuts down. Thinking I'll understand it one day, perhaps when I'm a little fresher, is a good story to tell myself though.
