Today while walking in the forest, I was approached by two deer, they followed me from afar, but after realizing by the smell that I was a human, they immediately ran away. These two deer are always here, but in the last eight months this is the second time I have seen them, because the forest here has been cut down so much that they no longer have any room to hide. But I hope that I will soon find a new place or forest to take pictures, because I feel that these deer will soon disappear from here too.
But when I came home, someone was sitting under my window again, waiting for me to bring out the next batch of birdseed. This mouse was sitting and watching my window. It was a very strange feeling that it could look at me.
I was use here my Sony A6000 and I was use here my Sony E 55-210 mm lens.
I always get a bit sad when I see the clear cuts in the forest. I wish there was a better way to get the materials they need. I trap deer mice like that one quite frequently in my shed. The stray cats and owls don't take care of them as much as they should.
I must get one cat , I have not had it long time :)) , but last one who I had, was crazy , it was hut all what hit was find :)) it even ate all the local squirrels :))
It's sad that they're cutting trees that animals don't have enough place to hide or even a shades that can cover them from the intense heat 😕. But either way, these are a pretty shots as usual. And why that mouse is so cute? I want to pet that cutieeee 😻
Ah 🙅♂️🙅♂️......to be honest, this mouse is a scourge, it breaks the walls and ceilings of the house in the winter time, I have to catch him in traps... sorry
Oh, how cute they are! The photo turned out really cool! The mouse is also charming. Unfortunately, I have never managed to take a photo of forest mice, although we have a lot of them and I constantly see them jumping into the ground.
Uh... this here is not forest mouse 😁😁🤭🤭🤭 it lives inside the wall of my house 🤦♂️🤦♂️ , and it's a scourge all winter, it takes advantage of the fact that the bird's food table is right under the window of my sleeping room. so when I go out or make a bigger noise, or i make it on the window, it runs to hide under the terrace and climb back into the wall. 😅😆😆🤯🤯🤯

Perhaps, the mouse is slowly getting used to you feeding it lol. Definitely sad to see that the deers will have to relocate somewhere because their home is taken away. I hope they find a good enough place to live in :)
I hope some other forest is good yes, but here this land where I walk it is now to small, can not say more forest also, it is more like light bushes on muddy ground :))
Lol, eventually, it may become a near barren land, I guess.

Those deer sound so fascinating to encounter. Sad to hear their forest are being cut down though 😔. And that mouse sounds like quite the character—cute but definitely a little troublemaker!
