We also have a monitor for watching movies. I strictly limited my son's screen time, any kind of screen, to 2 hours/day, less if we could do it. That included any sort of movie for homeschooling, or working on the computer for homeschooling.
He was given a Disney movie when he was 3 or 4, I think it was Jungle Book.He saw the animals hitting each other and starting copying the behavior. That was the end of Disney movies. We screened what he watched after that.
