I am so glad that your son is in a great school. Over here in the Middle East, we do not have much of a choice. Luckily, it's only me who has the problem about the communication and I can rest assured as I know that my kids are very happy and does not complain one bit.

I think that they are probably more strict in the Middle East on who they employ to teach, and you are also more unlikely to step out of line as a teacher, since I am sure the repercussions will be stronger - so knowing that, I'd sleep a bit better at night too. That and having open communication with your child, who can confide in you if something IS wrong.
