RE: What's the strangest thing you have seen in someone else’s home?

in #engagement6 years ago (edited)

In light of this morning's big KERSPLAT, it occurred to me that maybe I should say something about my comment over here. Please keep in mind that there is basically no limit to my paranoia, having migrated to steem from YouBoobland, where everybody's always out to get each other. I'm still in the process of rehabbing that perspective so pardon me if I'm terribly off base.

I really hope this silly little attempt of mine to engage with you (which was made prior to knowing anything bad was going on between you and FTG) wasn't perceived as some kind of... I dunno, what? ...strategic something, something, I guess.

When I participated in your post here, it was because I thought it looked like a lot of fun and wanted to take part just for the pleasure of finally making your acquaintance after a year on steem, having only ever brushed past you in the hall. I have heard people talk about how you can be a great friend or a really bad nightmare of an enemy and always just kinda shrugged and said, "I don't know nothin' about it!" Curiosity started getting to me so I wandered over to your blog to see what the big hubbub was. Finding this post was a nice surprise so I just jumped in.

Also, if the "ignorant sheep" tag was directed at me, I'd like to say that in this case, ignorance was bliss while it lasted... I only wish I could go back to not knowing what it feels like to be on your bad side. I believe the scientific term for that feeling is "not good".
