Bi-series: consists of grouping an agonist muscle with an antagonist within a series and working them.
Pre-exhaustion or super set: consists of grouping a mono joint exercise with a multi-joint, one to exhaust and the other to finish.
Tri-series: consists of grouping the muscles present within the synergy of an exercise.
Giant series: consists of grouping different exercises for different portions of the same muscle or different exercises for different parts of the body in the same series.
