RE: How would you deal with a teacher who enjoys embarrassing students in front of the class to get the whole class laughing at them?

You get an angry parent in there meeting with the principle, teacher and a witness for the parent, record the meeting and write a letter in triplicate to the Dept of Ed in the state and Board of Ed in the City:
Trust me when I tell you...they will be gone.
I know, how I got a rid of a principle who did just this.
