You get an angry parent in there meeting with the principle, teacher and a witness for the parent, record the meeting and write a letter in triplicate to the Dept of Ed in the state and Board of Ed in the City:
Trust me when I tell you...they will be gone.
I know, how I got a rid of a principle who did just this.
