Hi @conceptskip
Why did you expected a drop after the mainnet launch? Did you expect that many other investors would only purchase EOS aiming to sell it right after that event?
Cheers, Piotr

Yes, an old inveestment advice goes by "Buy the rumour, sell the news" and it's ecxactly what happened with eos. We now have a only nascent infrastructure and all the promised dapps and lease options are still lacking.
Yeah, there's a bit of fear flying around that the project will fall apart, but I'm positive. The governance problems will get sorted and user experience will surely increase.
There's also the thing about airdrops, 20+ dapps have or will airdrop tokens based on the initial snapshot, so tokens bought after the launch will not entitle new owners to these airdrops. At the other hand, this is just few apps, there will be more. And the most awaited dapp by @dan likely to go live before the end of this year. This will be huge one.
As regards a possible break apart of the EOS community i am thoroughly relaxed. Don't forget it's currently just children playing. Once the grown-ups fear their platform go down the drain, they will put their tools to use:
that is indeed great saying :)
"Buy the rumour, sell the news"
Love it!
