IF so I think I can do it. My english is not so good so sometimes it is hard to understand to many rules.
More or less correct. But at least 10 of the bets need to have ante of at least 50 SCR.

OR - is it better if I have a own contest at scorum that is only for scorum players?
I would advise to seperate the two.
Most scorum members don’t like steem and some even have a hatred against steemmonsters.
Also be aware that if you want to cross post, you will need to post first on Scorum. Otherwise the pay-out on scorum will be lowered. They have a plagiarism bot who discovers this.
