The problem is that living out in the country driving is a requirement. And once you have shown you have the understanding to drive it should not be revoked . I don’t have to show that I have a handicapped vehicle and the knowledge to drive it.
The problem always goes back to personnel responsibility. So as a result all these laws have to be past

Exactly! I am out in the country, too, and my Chicago kids were were just talking this weekend about how my world would expand so much if I lived in the city. So many more options for someone who cannot drive. I may have to consider that in the future. I have never lived in a city, that would be quite an adventure for me!
It has its pro’s and con’s but if your handicapped it is a plus if you can find a neborhood and an apartment. And you have to be able to afford it. That’s the hard part hahaha.
