so sad for that CP practice in your country, I am a single parent if one of my three children maybe away from I think I feel like dying. Some of my friends invite me to work abroad but the high salary is not worth if no mother will always remind them what are the proper things to do to become better individuals. I can't entrust them to anybody not even to my family and how much more to that kind of foater parents.
