believe me that when i said i've tried it all.. u name it, i would probably have done it..
the interesting thing about the human body is that it's designed for survival.
cos when we engage ourselves in certain form of starvation, the body starts going haywired and things goes out of hand..
when i did the calories count method for 3 months, i was constantly lethargic but i did lose weight as i had less food and more water.
But when i stopped all these, i gained more weight..
So now i'm wiser, i just eat moderate and small frequent meals.. and it seems to work so far for me..
I've also done a lot of experiments with different diets and meal frequencies, low-calories, fasting, and all seem to work for me, with proper adjustments and careful tracking.
