There is a free Kindle promo for Persistent Fat Loss that's running on Kindle today, September 13, 2017. The book s is free on the .com of Amazon and it should also be available for free on the rest of Amazon website, thus globally.

In short, the book is a practical guide on how to combine ketosis and intermittent fasting for fat loss, and after that goal is reached, for ongoing maintenance weight. The basic science to support these strategies is only summarily highlighted, as the main focus is practicality.

If this seems an interesting read, go ahead and get it for free today:

First post about fasting I see here :-) It's interesting to discuss !
What do you think about impact of fasting on human lifespan?

look into my past posts, there are plenty. research is conflicting regarding fasting for longevity. however, studies with animal models show positive responses. so, no clear take-away.

yep, I know that it's not clear :-)Just wanted to know your opinion.
As for me, if your Body Mass Index is between 20 and 25, the quality of food will come on foreground.

to be honest, I strongly agree :D

believe me that when i said i've tried it all.. u name it, i would probably have done it..

the interesting thing about the human body is that it's designed for survival.
cos when we engage ourselves in certain form of starvation, the body starts going haywired and things goes out of hand..

when i did the calories count method for 3 months, i was constantly lethargic but i did lose weight as i had less food and more water.

But when i stopped all these, i gained more weight..

So now i'm wiser, i just eat moderate and small frequent meals.. and it seems to work so far for me..

I've also done a lot of experiments with different diets and meal frequencies, low-calories, fasting, and all seem to work for me, with proper adjustments and careful tracking.

Thanks for the heads up! I will surely check it out now. I am always looking for ways to maximize the benefits of nutritional ketosis both for my physical and mental performance and, why not? Also to improve my appearance. Cheers, @cristi!

I hope it helps you :)
