I'm looking forward to nice sunrise photos by you, maybe at the beach, or at the ponds, where you usually walk? You decide, of course, surprise us :)
I will do my best to not only surprise you but surprise myself as well this last few week I have struggled to get going on the weekends I need to break myself out of that
For me it is easy to get up, when I don't need to go to work, what means, from Monday to Friday I don't like to get up ;)
On holidays and on weekends, I can get up at any time :)
I used to wake easy and get moving same time everyday of the week nit sure why now I am struggling on weekends fir the getting moving part lol
They say, when you get older you don't need so much sleep anymore.
I dont think so - I like to get up early, but I also go to bed early.
When I sleep late, I hate to get up in the morning, although I do it, because "I might miss something": maybe a beautiful sunrise, maybe only a calm and peaceful morning at the lake or my balcony ;) lol
I have read that you need less sleep as you get older fir me it seems to be the opposite until I hit 50 I rarely slept more than 4 hours now I need 6 as for getting motivated and out I think it’s just with nit going out over the long winter I have just got into a rut and need to kick myself back into gear
Oh, it's the oposite with me: When I was younger I used to sleep longer. I have tried to sleep at least 8 hours. Now I go to bed at about 10-11, sometimes a bit later, but very seldom. Usualy my alarm rings at 5, what means that I could sleep at least for 6 hours, just like you ;)
But when I need to get up at 2:30 or 3 I don't have any problems either.
As I wrote above, when I was younger I really tried to have a sleeping time of about 8 hours. Now I do not care about the hours anymore, but I try to sleep as much as I can to be "motivated", as you say ;)
