That slaw sounds sooo delicious! I would put that on top of just about anything. Looking forward to seeing how you finish it off, and put all those delicious carrots to use.

You know I would be there bright and early at your stall if we lived in the same part of the world. I know getting all the goodies together to bring and lugging it all there to set up truly is a labor of love. That's why I'm always so vocal in supporting my farmers because I know they appreciate it! Enjoy the rest of your downtime, as I know you'll be back into the usual frenzy all too soon!
