I just saw that chayote creation @birdsinparadise. Yum!! It’s the first time I’ve worked with the squash myself. Very mild, we can literally do anything with it but tacos are always a winner in my book :). Next time I might whip up a chayote slaw myself. Looking forward to your Easter treats…
