Nice to see someone else using an alt-account for their fitness thang. Seems like the sensible/ ethical thing to do. I set up @self-track to do that a while ago.

Running's more my thing.... although I'm planning on getting into more circuits this winter... I'm tempted by some of those '50 push up a day' etc. type challenges.

Good effort! Just got to keep going, same time, min 4 days a week (ideally 6) that's my rule!
