Back and Biceps... Back is the “big” muscle group, biceps are the “small” muscle group (although mine are quite large I must say 💪😁)
4 exercises for BIG and 3 for the SMALL muscles, 3 sets each at 12-15 reps because it’s an ENDURANCE workout (so weights should be on the lighter side).
